The induced draft fan introduces the dust-laden gas from the air inlet into the middle casing. The clean gas passes through the Venturi tube and enters the upper casing, and is discharged by the net gas outlet. The dust is trapped on the outer wall of the filter bag. With the extension, the dust adsorbed on the filter bag gets thicker and the filter bag resistance increases. At this time, the pulse controller sends a signal, and the program automatically controls the switching of each pulse valve so that the high-pressure gas source passes through the blow hole. The Venturi tube is injected into the filter bag. Due to the action of the high pressure gas, the filter bag undergoes rapid expansion and causes impact vibration, so that the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag is shaken and discharged in the ash hopper by the ash transport mechanism.
