1. Auger Screw conveyor must be put into trial operation before starting the machine. Operators should strictly follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer to carefully check the following aspects. a whether all bolts are tight, whether the b drive chain is tight, c gear clearance is adjusted properly, d is whether there is debris in the machine slot, e bearing is full of lubricating oil, f lubrication degree is normal, and g inlet and outlet are unblocked Unblocked and other boot preparations.

2. After the auger screw conveyor is turned on, observe for a few minutes and observe whether the fluctuation of the current is within the specified range so as to ensure the normal operation of the whole machine. When the auger screw conveyor is in operation, if there are maintenance tools or other hard metal debris on the box, due to the forward movement of the screw shaft, it is very likely that they will be shaken into the conveyor. It will make the bearing of the Auger screw conveyor get stuck or twisted, so it is very important to add the screen at the feeding port of the machine, but once the machine starts to operate, the screen is not allowed to be removed at random. Prevent unnecessary personal safety accidents, which can effectively prevent the dust from invading and flying. In order to extend the service life of the Auger screw conveyor, the operator must be uniform when feeding. Try not to feed it intermittently. Increase it according to a certain amount of filling and gradually increase it. Do not pour it all at once. This will prevent Material accumulation also avoids overload operation of the drive, which ensures that the service life of the machine is greatly extended. The last point to note is that when the Auger screw conveyor is stopped, it must wait until the material in the casing is completely unloaded before it can be stopped.
