The excellent characteristics of the Screw Conveyor are widely used in various industries. Applicable to various industries, such as building materials, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, coal, grain and other industries, suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powder, granular and small block materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, grain and so on. Of course, as a kind of vibration machinery, spiral conveyors will inevitably have some minor faults. 

1. Material spillage occurs during operation 1. The debris in the material causes the spiral hanging bearing to be blocked; 2. The material has large moisture, which is concentrated on the spiral hanging bearing and gradually thickened, so that the incoming material is not easy to pass; 3. The transmission device fails, not timely Find.

Solution: Stop the debris in the machine, strengthen the drying of raw materials, stop and repair the transmission device to solve this problem.

Second, the hanging bearing wear:

The material surrounding the suspension bearing has poor operating conditions, and it is necessary to check and replace the hanging bearing in time.

Third, the drive motor burned:

1. There are hard blocks or small iron sections mixed in the conveying material, the reaping knife is stuck, the current is increased sharply, and the motor is burnt; 2. The material is too large, the motor is overloaded and the heat is burned.

Solution: Prevent small iron blocks from entering during use; keep the cutter and the casing at a certain gap; feed the balance, and the material must be delivered before stopping.

Fourth, the suspension bearing temperature rise is too high:

1. The conveyor bearing position is improperly installed; 2. The hard large block is mixed into the machine to produce the abnormal friction of the connecting shaft; 3. The spiral blade is loosened and then falls off.

Solution: Adjust the position of the suspension bearing, clean the foreign body test to normal, and reinstall the spiral blade.

Fifth, the chassis shakes:

During the installation, the center line of each spiral section is eccentrically wiped when the center line is not working, so that the outer casing is shaken.

Solution: Find the centerline when reinstalling to solve the problem.
