Working principle 

The dust-containing gas enters the bag filter from the air inlet pipe of the bag filter. After the uniform air action in the large space, the filter bag is evenly inserted. The material is trapped by the filter bag and deposited on the outer wall of the filter bag. The filtered clean gas After the venturi tube enters the upper tank, it is discharged from the exhaust pipe. The bag filter is equipped with an electromagnetic pulse valve, and the pulse valve is periodically opened, so that the compressed air is sprayed from the perforations of the blowing pipe to the corresponding venturi tubes, and the excess dust on the filter bag is cleared, so that the bag is kept ventilated smoothly and continuously. The material that was cleared was sent out by the Auger in the lower part of the bag. The control of the pilot valve can open and close the diaphragm valve that generates the pulse at the high pressure air source. Electromagnetic pulse valve refers to a diaphragm valve that combines a solenoid valve, a pilot valve and a pulse valve, and is directly controlled by an electric signal.
According to the angle of the valve inlet and outlet and the form of the air inlet can be divided into three types:
a) Right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose inlet and outlet are at right angles and directly controlled by electrical signals;
b) Straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose inlet and outlet are 180 degrees and directly controlled by electric signals;
c) Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: The diaphragm valve whose valve body inlet is submerged in the air bag and directly controlled by the electric signal.
